Visit Majatalo, a shared seniors supportive housing accommodation providing support services to 4 senior suites on the main floor.

The upper floor has a 4 suite visitor/family accommodation setting that family & friends may rent on a nightly basis.

Finlandiakoti

Finlandiakoti is a 90 unit apartment building for independent seniors. Apartments are available on a tenant rental basis, including market and rent-geared-to-income (subsidy).

One and two bedroom units are available. Apartment application forms must be completed to determine eligibility, forms are available at the Palvelukoti office.

Tenants live independently with some support services offered if requested by the tenant.

Palvelukoti

Palvelukoti s a 46 unit apartment building for seniors that require support services to maintain their independence. Funding is provided by the North East Local Health Integration Network (NE LHIN) to provide 24/7 on site Personal Support (PSW) with bathing, medication reminders, reassurance checks, transportation program, housekeeping.

A Supportive Housing care plan is offered for a fee to residents which includes: Meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner), social activities.

Lepokoti

Offering a helping hand when you need it, Lepokoti is the newest residence at Finlandia Village, completed in November of 2012.

Lepokoti features 82 one and two bedroom units. Lepokoti features:

A Life Lease Agreement offers a 95% buyback. Residents live independently with some support services offered if requested by the resident. Unit prices are determined by market value.
