As of Friday, June 5th, 2020 we have NO presumptive or confirmed cases of COVID-19 with any Residents or Employees at Finlandia Village.
We have received all the results from Public Health and Finlandia is pleased to announce that all residents who were tested in the Finlandiakoti, Palvelukoti and Lepokoti apartment buildings on June 1st and 2nd have tested negative (-) for COVID-19.
We are committed to the safety and health of all our Residents and employees and continue to exercise the utmost caution and vigilance in our day to day operations. We need to continue to be vigilant to keep COVID-19 out of Finlandia. There is still considerable risk of future infection.
We ask for your continued patience and cooperation as we work on a framework for re-opening in consideration of all public health and government directives.
We thank Residents, their families, our staff teams and the broader community for their continued support as we provide care in a pandemic environment while upholding the high standards of quality daily living we take great care in providing for the many Residents that call Finlandia Village their home
Your donation will ensure the best care while providing much needed equipment, supplies and priority support for our front-line teams; our Finlandia CARE Heroes/Arjen Sankari who are putting Residents first each day. Kiitos.
